»Soul's Next Stop«
The silver train will soon roll in,
arrive at this one earthly station,
you come from where you once have been,
to take a new time of vacation.
We travel through eternity,
sometimes we all have to be resting,
'cause that's what the creator, he
our Lord up above is requesting.
Dear daughter, here's your soul's next stop,
have just another cup of tea,
stay one more minute please with me,
before you take off for the top.
Nobody knows what we are for,
so man's just a wandering rover,
who has to study and explore
the mountain he's got to get over.
Our journey lasts a billion days,
maybe we won't ever be landing,
but listen, there's a million ways
of keeping the glory unending.
Dear daughter, here's your soul's next stop,
have just another cup of tea,
stay one more minute please with me,
before you take off for the top.
Dear daughter, here's your soul's next stop,
have just another cup of tea,
stay one more minute please with me,
before we take off to once reach the top.
