»Purple Sun«

by Andreas Buchholz

My love for you will always touch you and surround you
like the purple haze of a newborn sun
arising ev'ry morning through the dust.

My love will tenderly embrace, caress, protect you
like the purple heat of the ev'ning sun
still glowing with the starlight in the night.
