»Never scared«
Never scared, my crimson words
for those who walk this world alone
In shadowed rooms with curtains pulled
this poet writes of times he grew
For never scared is what I am
to face this world like this again
for in my weakness strength does live
for I am more than flesh and bone
for words outlive a broken heart
and take this sickness from life
For never scared is what I am
and all I am are words on pads
So here I stand
No soldiers worth
with no one close
but thoughts and words
For never scared is what I am
to face my world alone again
For I am just a man of words
who's never scared of feeling hope.
for those who walk this world alone
In shadowed rooms with curtains pulled
this poet writes of times he grew
For never scared is what I am
to face this world like this again
for in my weakness strength does live
for I am more than flesh and bone
for words outlive a broken heart
and take this sickness from life
For never scared is what I am
and all I am are words on pads
So here I stand
No soldiers worth
with no one close
but thoughts and words
For never scared is what I am
to face my world alone again
For I am just a man of words
who's never scared of feeling hope.
