»Just one more time«
When sickness comes to take a life
and speaks to you of sacrifice
you think of all you'll leave behind
like written words on valentines
For I have waited for so long
to finally find my number one
Just one more time is all I ask
to feel her eyes connect with mine
Just one more time, your soulful eyes
when all you did was laugh and smile
For in your beauty, buried words
For you are more than just a girl
And in your eyes, I see a life
that's filled with hope and secret lives
But even tho a poet spoke
of all the things that's in my soul
He wishes for his final chance
to know he'll give her true romance
so as he sits on shadows night
and wishes for just one more time
I say a prayer and shut my eyes
so I may feel you by side...
and speaks to you of sacrifice
you think of all you'll leave behind
like written words on valentines
For I have waited for so long
to finally find my number one
Just one more time is all I ask
to feel her eyes connect with mine
Just one more time, your soulful eyes
when all you did was laugh and smile
For in your beauty, buried words
For you are more than just a girl
And in your eyes, I see a life
that's filled with hope and secret lives
But even tho a poet spoke
of all the things that's in my soul
He wishes for his final chance
to know he'll give her true romance
so as he sits on shadows night
and wishes for just one more time
I say a prayer and shut my eyes
so I may feel you by side...
