»Laces«

by Andile Nozibusiso Mtshali

Fasten them tight
let us run till we see the light.
If I fall promise you will hold my hand
and run with me till we see the promised land.

Tidy up make sure all is neat
draw the curtains fore you kill me with heat.
Enjoy my last rands worth it was all from todays work.
Fasten them tight, let's run till you taste the sweat between your thighs.
