To my beloved,
True love exists,
I know you don't see it now,
And I know you don't believe it now,
But true love exists,
I need you to believe me...
The divorce must have been hell for you
But I need you to hold on,
Hold on to that last tiny bit of hope,
That you have inside of you
That true love exists,
You need to hold on,
Please my beloved hold on for me...
I know you can't see it now
And I don't know how to make you believe it,
But I know it does...
I love you I really do
And I don't want to live my life
Trying to find another you,
Another man who makes me whole...
I don't want anyone else,
I want true love and nothing less,
Happily ever afters are real
They aren't just in fairy tales...
I have been through relationships
Breaking hearts for false happiness,
Because I didn't love him,
I can't hurt another
Setting him up for heartbreak,
All because...
I gave my heart to true love a long time ago,
And I never got it back...
