»Marring the death«

by Happy Mhlongo

The "I do" gone before he said
It must be true love to marry the dead
Not forgetting the gone one, that sad
Taking a vow to be separated by death
What a sad end, so sad he gone before he said "till deaths do us apart"
Vomiting all over thinking you are dreaming
What an ending, so black and red white roses
Even a trier loses in this game
Even a trickster has failed to gamble this time
This is not a game, it's a lose lose business
A life vague, only valiant survive.
Only those who had valid code of love survived
Only those who succeeded on the pulpit survived
Those who had tremor still striving to get up
This is true love that makes you marry the death
Makes you wear your loved wedding dress in your husband's farewell
Sadness makes you wed a dead man
What a love to experience and a loss
Without noticing you are losing it
Wow!!! "Everything was set for a wedding but
Instead a funeral took place"
"Yes it is surprising to see a woman marring a dead man"
It's true love that forces her to act vehement of love with a veil
The wedding that speaks of true love
Love so lactose when it's alive
This is a lament
