»The Never Ending Story«

by Gaurav Sarup

Round Round the troubles they turn
Passed around from father to son
Left unsolved by the thinkers of the age
Blown around in the winds of change.

I heard the news; a ballot was cast
In another town another bomb blast
With communications and the jet age
Faster we repeat history?s mistakes.

Round Round the troubles they turn
Passed around from father to son
Left unsolved by the thinkers of the age
Blown around in the winds of change.

I saw a forest I slept under its shady tree
In far off lands the saw tooth enemy
With communications and the jet age
Faster we repeat history?s mistakes.

Round Round the troubles they turn
Passed around from father to son
Left unsolved by the thinkers of the age
Blown around in the winds of change.

I saw men unite for a cause
I saw them divide fighting for their lord
The path to heaven was marked my the innocent mans blood
Don?t you know death will surely come.

Round Round the troubles they turn
Passed around from father to son
Left unsolved by the thinkers of the age
Blown around in the winds of change.
