»Broken Hearted«

by Maviyo Nkosi

There he was, tears pouring down like a summer's rain
from the painful heart.
emotions vanished as kings abdicated

she aggravated from seconds to minutes, he gasped as a babu on a lunch break
bitterness appeared on her side with a smile.

her feelings agiled from love to hate, whilst the soulful heart was abandoned by the tenacious young lady with a tiara on her neck

ballsy she was, evasion was the key
her heart was her accomplice, a fragile heart he had, but had to be broken again
frozen expression remained!!
