»One plus One«

by Marlene Cozett

All it took was one
One night, one person, one act
One major disaster
I wonder will it ever be gone
I wonder if we will ever move on

Maybe one day...

One day we will be okay
And all it will take is...
One night,one person,one act
To say I am sorry
I wonder would that be you or me?

Then maybe it will need to be two
Both me and you

And then maybe one day we will both be okay
And maybe it will be gone
And may then only
We will both be able to move on
