»The world mourns for you«

by Happy Mhlongo

Oh, another star born, another moon dies
He never stopped till he got enough
When they thought he's down,
He rised like a phoenix
And jumped on the floor like a criminal, and smooth like a Jackson
He cried for peace and sang for love in this whole wide world
Death we'll never forgive you.

The blackness in his heart didn't disturb him
only bitterness was not in his heart
Love, care he showed and no revenge he took,
He was a true warrior in Pop
A true soldier who fought with music
Who showed his feelings on the screen, stage studio, and cassette.

He cried for the man in the mirror to change
And cared about the children
He was a Jamain from SA
Who sang about respect and tell the man to think about the children.
His long hair didn't pressure him
Till he shot bang dead cold blooded.

What a sad ending for the stars only 1,2,3 steps,
Put them six feet down.
We never had a change to tell them this:
they are the stars, they made life easy for us,
Only by watching and listening to their music and voices

Ohhh, stupid cardic took him in 50
And stupid gun bang him in cold wheather, frown thugs faces.
those days we shared with them was amazing,
Never heard of them shooting nor violenting pupils.
at last they leave us heart broken,
Dear God why them in times where we need them the most,
Time where we thought they'll teach our children good life.
Shame on them, on their knees now!!!

RIP M.J & L.D
