»Black«
Every day is night,
And my tomorrows are always
Darker than the day before
Can someone tell me what this unhappiness is for?
My mind consumes me,
Only emptiness around me,
And my fear is bound to me.
Lost and alone I dwell.
On thoughts that drown my very soul,
It devours my sight
Someone tell me where is the light?
I need to see.
For the colour is BLACK,
Black is this heart, black is this feeling
Black is everyday, after every tomorrow
Maybe it is the only way to feed my sorrow.
Not to see the light,
For the fear that the world,
Just might seem bright.
Here I sit
Lost and alone,
Terrified in plain sight.
Someone show me the LIGHT!
And my tomorrows are always
Darker than the day before
Can someone tell me what this unhappiness is for?
My mind consumes me,
Only emptiness around me,
And my fear is bound to me.
Lost and alone I dwell.
On thoughts that drown my very soul,
It devours my sight
Someone tell me where is the light?
I need to see.
For the colour is BLACK,
Black is this heart, black is this feeling
Black is everyday, after every tomorrow
Maybe it is the only way to feed my sorrow.
Not to see the light,
For the fear that the world,
Just might seem bright.
Here I sit
Lost and alone,
Terrified in plain sight.
Someone show me the LIGHT!
