»Cupid's weird way«

by Kelly Attrill

A killer in disguise, it has no face.
It can happen anytime, in an unexpected place.
Your dreams flash before you...your heart begins to race,
"No this can't be happening! So all of this was a waste."
Rejection is worst feeling in the world.
Love was the reason, that your world twirled.
Now he has forgotten you, pushed you to the side.
Put his arm around another girl
to take her, for a ride.
Emotions run strong as she tries to block out hate.
It wasn't meant to be, he wasn't her soul mate.
Love is an unexplainable feeling,
Once you've had a taste of it,
you will always try to trace it's meaning.
Leave it all to cupid, he will decide when it's time.
Be patient, and let love takes its course, sit back, relax and unwind.
