»Congratulations and Applause«

by Josh Hay

Congratulations for making my world a scene, let this be your last. I can't take this pain, this battle of my heart. This is to the death my dear. Tear my sky away, and show me the darkness of my eyes. My imagination is a dream without answers, seeping into the darkness, beyond my thoughs, I was in the process of elimination. You cannot control my chaos, take me home, and show me the light. Put me to sleep so what if the world is revolving? Where do I go from here? This dream is a question without revelation, for you are my sould. I turn away from the monster inside me, and show me the light in my eyes. The ocean is calling the waves touch my hands, and the last call I shere. Take my hand and let me show you the meaning of love. This is my dream.
