»Woe Is Me«
The cold grey dawn comes through the window as I get in the bed
The night has been long, and right now I feel as I was dead
The tequila they poured, and the vodka that followed
I cannot believed that it was a fifth that I swallowed
My head is in misery and my body is aching
I try to get warm but all of me is shaking
What a fool I am to think I can get by with one drink
When all of my "friends" buy a round before I can blink
To start in the afternoon with nothing more than a shot
And end up the next morning with my stomach in knots
Is not the way I intended for it to be
To live my life in the lowest degree...
