by Romano Van der Walt

In a corner crouching
Underneath the shade
Her fragile body hurting
Dripping dry tears fall upon the cement

Listed as a married
Confessed as lost
Tamed to behave

The missing puzzle within her soul
Screaming to be found
Sacred is the time as we
Fall upon words

She breathes so hard waiting
For the day to end
And the sun to rise
To settle in a new day with
The same old schedule

Love is within towards the soul provided by others
My voice screaming out for help
To provide comfort and love
Towards a soul
My mind rushing my heart of bounce

This soul so alone
Missing links out of time
That is running out
Time being wasted

Wishing that the smiles upon her face stays
Making my lips tense and sweat drop to
Know the end meaning of friendship
New found not lost.

A member becomes a part of me makes me smile makes me wish makes me dream
I hear the same from the other side now the will to keep this friendship
Alive and hoping for a little spark to prevail
Wish upon a ten second kiss
