»Hatred's Heart«

by Jamie Lee Plumley

Frost now covers my once loving heart
Ice replaces my flowing warm core
Hatred is tearing my caring apart
Nothing is the same as it once was before

All my good intentions have grown sour
My happiness has taken a turn for the worst
My evilness is growing stronger by the hour
My joy is now going to the grave by hearse

As painful as my experiences seem to be
I treasure every last ounce of it's torment
I hope it opens my eyes just to see
How much I crave it's darkened enjoyment

Sweet sorrow I call for you by name
Your horrid appearance is my one true wish
My life is just a morbid game
Death shall be served to me as a Ice cold dish

Here I stand taking Death's cold hand in mine
Leading me into the frigid dark
Forever turning my back on the warm sunshine
Locked eternally in hatred's heart
