»A Self-Portrait«
(by Erica Scime)
I am skin that is scarred, sun-spotted, soft.
I am hips broad, bearing like Aphrodite.
Snakeskin eyes that glint with gold.
I am beaten feet, abused hands.
Thick veins full of life.
I am a curved back,
ever-undulating.
I am hips broad, bearing like Aphrodite.
Snakeskin eyes that glint with gold.
I am beaten feet, abused hands.
Thick veins full of life.
I am a curved back,
ever-undulating.
