»Change«
(by Marlene Cozett)
Of everything in life
The only certain thing in life is change
It is change
Change is inevetible
For without change
Nothing would be
Everything would just stand still
Life would just be...dead
Change means growth
We might not always like it
sometimes things just have to change
Change can make things better or
It can make things worse
Change can make you cry or smile
Change is never comfortable
But a necessary state
Change can make you feel so small
it can even make you feel great
Some people change for the better
Other people don't
The only guarantee is
Change will happen
even if you hope it won't
Try not to resist it
Because it might actually do you good
So take a good look in the mirror
o see maybe you should
Change he way you see
Change the way you do
Change the way you say
Change the way you hear
Yes change is real and it's true
Change affects both me and you
The only certain thing in life is change
It is change
Change is inevetible
For without change
Nothing would be
Everything would just stand still
Life would just be...dead
Change means growth
We might not always like it
sometimes things just have to change
Change can make things better or
It can make things worse
Change can make you cry or smile
Change is never comfortable
But a necessary state
Change can make you feel so small
it can even make you feel great
Some people change for the better
Other people don't
The only guarantee is
Change will happen
even if you hope it won't
Try not to resist it
Because it might actually do you good
So take a good look in the mirror
o see maybe you should
Change he way you see
Change the way you do
Change the way you say
Change the way you hear
Yes change is real and it's true
Change affects both me and you
