»...it's how you see the world«

by Mbuso Mkhonto Kumalo

Be glad, be joyful, but be humbled by your neighbors' surroundings,
Be jolly, smile broadly and honestly, but allow yourself to show humility,
Be happy, stay honest, uphold integrity with a gently ironed fist, but be true to yourself first.

Because in the end, a volatile spirit will corrupt and diminish the deepest soul.

Stay humble, be grateful, and embrace the challenges thrown at you,
Reject pretentious smiles with a warming smile,
Be thoughtful, but be selfish towards that which pulls you downwards

Because as many words as there are, available at our disposal,
Blame is not to be considered the same
Showcasing shame and referring to it as supplying information is ones declaration of one's inconsideration

Refuse these images shown by hypocritical forces, with back handed intent.
Dangling foot of unknown being, trapped, body crushed, 'look! Another one found, quick zoom-in... Take a picture' directed the reporter. But I'm still sitting here, googling and youtubing, research and digging and yet, I can only catch a glimpse of 'The falling man'. Why lose respect for this then? When home, comes tumbling down, like a ton of bricks, like five truck load of heavy cement? You cause an implant of resent.

It's natural... disasters, but not the cause of elimination. Nature,in all respect, cannot and should not be used as a weapon.

Be brave and be you... the undiscovered element,
And don't just be a Human Being, rather,
Be a Human, being something spectacular, for whichever side you choose.

Because, it's how you see the world, that will help...in the end.
