If I could turn back time,
I would return to the time we were so much in love.
When we exchanged sweet lines.
When we both watched the rising sun.
If I could turn back time,
I would return to the time we were both happy.
When there was so much passion.
When there was laughter and smile.
If I could turn back time,
I would return to the time you were with me.
When I held your hands.
When I touched your hair.
If I could turn back time,
I would return to the time you were my woman.
When I believed you were the one.
When I believed nothing can change that.
If I could turn back time,
I would return to the time you loved me so.
When I could have returned it.
When I could have given more.
If I could turn back time,
I would return to the time you were not married.
When I would have promised you everything.
When I would have said please be my wife.
If I could turn back time,
I would return to my past.
When I would say please wait.
When I would be the one to ask your hand.
I would return to the time we were so much in love.
