»I wish I didn't care...«
I should have known
That I'm not good enough,
To be the one in which you put your
Trust
The one you reach
Your hand out to,
The one you want
Standing next to you.
Why is it always that beauty
Gets best?
And that I never get a chance:
Because I'm such a mess.
I wish I didn't care,
As you stare into her eyes.
I wish I didn't have to wish
For you to be mine.
I wish that when I'm crying,
You'd wipe away my tears.
I wish that you would want
As much as I want you to be
here.
I wish I could be picture
Perfect,
So that you would notice me.
But most of all i wish,
That you could love me too.
I wish that life had loved me
And had treated me fair.
Now I'm changing my
"Most of all" to:
I wish I didn't care.
That I'm not good enough,
To be the one in which you put your
Trust
The one you reach
Your hand out to,
The one you want
Standing next to you.
Why is it always that beauty
Gets best?
And that I never get a chance:
Because I'm such a mess.
I wish I didn't care,
As you stare into her eyes.
I wish I didn't have to wish
For you to be mine.
I wish that when I'm crying,
You'd wipe away my tears.
I wish that you would want
As much as I want you to be
here.
I wish I could be picture
Perfect,
So that you would notice me.
But most of all i wish,
That you could love me too.
I wish that life had loved me
And had treated me fair.
Now I'm changing my
"Most of all" to:
I wish I didn't care.
