»Fake Dreams«
Life's not real it seems so fake
More like a dream
Until the moment you wake
Then reality takes hold, turns your world upside down
Your once beautiful smile is now a permanent frown
Theres not a twinkle in your eye
Too many tears have been shed
From a perfect dream to reality it's hard to say good bye
Good times are far and few in between
So when they come to an end
You've seen all there is to be seen
Dreams and fantasies consume your mind
When we wake up those fake dreams we can't find
To stay in the place where everything goes right
Would be a life to live
Not having to scream or constantly fight
That life would be perfect that's why they call it a dream
And dreams are fake no matter how real they seem
More like a dream
Until the moment you wake
Then reality takes hold, turns your world upside down
Your once beautiful smile is now a permanent frown
Theres not a twinkle in your eye
Too many tears have been shed
From a perfect dream to reality it's hard to say good bye
Good times are far and few in between
So when they come to an end
You've seen all there is to be seen
Dreams and fantasies consume your mind
When we wake up those fake dreams we can't find
To stay in the place where everything goes right
Would be a life to live
Not having to scream or constantly fight
That life would be perfect that's why they call it a dream
And dreams are fake no matter how real they seem
