»Woman (Celebrate her)«
by Abdul Milazi
for years we have defined woman in numbers
34-24-34
44-34-44
perfect ten
we never asked her to tell us who she is
in boardrooms we have charted her supposed limitations
against our intellectual limitations
never allowing her to speak her mind
we have compiled lists of what she should be to us
a perfect wife
a perfect mother
a perfect cook
we have raped the spirit of queen Sheba and Nefertiti
while we sucked on her titty
to satisfy our desires
but what can we offer her?
her life is comparable to Christ
because she has sacrificed
to make us feel like man
yet we never care to make her feel like woman
let us light a candle to her dream
and celebrate with her
celebrate her
34-24-34
44-34-44

Adnasis Egnahs: "Raises questions of social double standards.. but also of Man vs Boy and Woman vs Girl.... Your matured decipher and recognition of Woman shows you have reached Manhood...Proud of you and thank you.."
