»The Sun Devotee«

by Jayram Daya

Rays disturbs the sleepy darkness.
Humble devotee's up in freshness.
Worshipers wait in respect.
Dew drops remains to protect.
Whispering breeze blows to inspect.

Tapping energy until it sets
With one seed life is on the run.
Green was the fields with no regrets.
Yellow are the farms when all's fun.
Black goes the flower like roulettes.

Farmers colours fields for money.
Bees visit the art for honey.
Birds fly by in feasting sally.
Men harvest in rattling rally.
Jay saw all this with a tally.
