»The Choice«
Do you even know me
Do you even know my name
Do you even know I'm here
Did you see me when I came
Yesterday you knew me
You also new my name
I used to be included
In every single game
Now you don't remember
You don't even say my name
You don't even remember
That I was also part of the game
All because I stepped out
I had to make a choice
I chose to hear my family
And silence my own voice
Now you don't remember
You don't even say my name
You don't even remember
That I was also part of the game
Sometimes I wish I didn't
Most times I'm glad I did
But sometimes I just wish
That maybe I am missed
I am not saying I'm sorry
For the choice that I had made
I am just very sorry
That you don't feel the same
You've made me feel excluded
Of all the fun and games
And I'm not sure exactly
That I want to play again
Do you even know my name
Do you even know I'm here
Did you see me when I came
Yesterday you knew me
You also new my name
I used to be included
In every single game
Now you don't remember
You don't even say my name
You don't even remember
That I was also part of the game
All because I stepped out
I had to make a choice
I chose to hear my family
And silence my own voice
Now you don't remember
You don't even say my name
You don't even remember
That I was also part of the game
Sometimes I wish I didn't
Most times I'm glad I did
But sometimes I just wish
That maybe I am missed
I am not saying I'm sorry
For the choice that I had made
I am just very sorry
That you don't feel the same
You've made me feel excluded
Of all the fun and games
And I'm not sure exactly
That I want to play again
