»Introspection«
(by Melinda Smith)
(homage to Bob Dylan's "It's not dark yet")
It's morning again
and I'm still looking for you.
I wish I could stop
but I can't make myself want to.
I follow you in full light
when I close my eyes
but I wake up alone,
my bed all covered in lies.
It's morning again
and I'm still looking for you.
I wish I could stop
but I can't make myself want to.
I follow you in full light
when I close my eyes
but I wake up alone,
my bed all covered in lies.
