Let me give you the freedom key so that you can be
Freedom is not money
Is not about getting out of jail
Or about finishing your studies
And get a job of your dreams
Freedom is not about moving
From rural areas to urban areas
Is not about being black or white
Or about rights that sometimes make us blind
Freedom is not about moving from ghetto to suburb
Is not about you buying a mansion
Living in it alone
And telling everyone that you are free
Freedom is not about running away from reality,
Away from your family and community
Because of poverty
Or about poisoning your self with alcohol
Saying "I'm having fun"
And you are free from criminals
Because you are holding a gun
We are suffering from mental slavery
As Bob Marley said "None but ourself can free our minds"
Freedom is a destination in your mind
That you can find
Freedom won't come to you
Because freedom is you
Freedom is not about thinking out side of the box
But it's about realizing that the is no box
You can be free anywhere, anytime with anyone
