»You and me«

by Uddalak Banerjee

When you start my only story,
it is like joy in my life gone awry,
it is like a mindless wind so jolly,
aimless frenzy and totally jolly.

My life moves on in strikes and crosses,
you bring joy in short patches,
no one knows how our story shall close,
but it fits and starts it goes belicose.

With a rose touched by mose,
I just hope we remain close,
for ever and ever ,
till the day when sun rose.
