»Dear Baby Mama/Hey Baby Daddy«

by M CSB, September 13, 2016

*Dear Baby Mama*

Dear Baby Mama please let's have a life with no drama.
I loved you and I still do, I mean you gave me the greatest gift, a child.
Now all we have to do is help her grow.
We don't need to hold hands but we do have to hold her hands.
We failed at love but we can't fail at this.
She can't suffer for our mistakes
She is our offspring, let's let her enjoy both our love like the birds enjoy the 1st sight of the sun in Spring.
I know I had promised you the ring but it didn't workout, let's just work on her following the rules and later getting the ring.
I have moved on and so have you.
I love my girl and my daughter too, but we can never compare the 2.
Don't make me choose, because no one has to lose, What has fatherly love have to do with romantic love? I mean every man can handle the 2.
Oh! Wait is my daughter coming as a package with you?But we cut the umbilical chord although there will always be a bond, that's the life that we both chose to live separately you know!
I hope we do get to raise our daughter with love and honor...

*Hey Baby Daddy*

Hey baby Daddy got the letter.
What's the matter?
Why all the shade?
Why you mad though?
Have you been listening to Stan?
You get to see your daughter and spend time with her dontcha?
I value the gift that you gave to me, our daughter. I am grateful that you a present daddy and I won't interfere with that.
I would appreciate it if Becky doesn't interfere too, I do the recording she does the listening that's my daughter you know...We can't scribble on the same page we will confuse her.
As for the love where do you get that from?
It disappeared when you cheated with Becky (don't know about the good hair though)...
I must admit I had given myself fully to you and it took a lot of crying and cursing to get over you.But I did.
The only package you get is her and my love for her.So wipe that smirk off your face, I don't love you no more if I did I wasn't gonna let you go.
I have a man now,he loves me and so do i, he cares for me and her.He knows his boundaries when it comes to her.He acknowledges you and lives with it.He doesn't wanna change my past because he also has a past and indeed I pray he is my last.
With her blessing I'm gonna marry him and I don't need one from you.
We still have a duty together to raise our daughter.Enough with the shade let's make sure she doesn't suffer for your mistakes.
I'm sure after this we can hold her hands and help her take her next steps...

With Love from

Baby Mama

PS I don't despise you, I just don't like you but I appreciate the love you have for our daughter...

It hurts, / So much that the pain has become too prominent to hide / Too unbearable to even forge a smile / / I can literally feel the ruptures resulting from my heart break / I can hear the nerves ripping apart / What remains are ruins of what used to be my heart, a heart that used to love / / Why do I  sign in to read more »

»I Love You«

Love is a cliché / only when done wrong. / A stage set right plays out / the best act of love. / / My love for you is tattooed / in my heart and etched in my brain. / I thirst for your love like a Vampire / thirsts for human blood. / / In your absence, I miss you but / I look in to the skies as they try  sign in to read more »

Heaven sent, are you? / I can see the light again, that's all you. / Brought me back from the doldrums / How can I ever repay you? / / Like a doctor treating a patient from war / you dressed my wounds. / Covered my naked soul with all your love / He hurt me, he really did. / You picked up the pieces, like  sign in to read more »
