- Hettie Van Zyl on »Culture Crossroads« by Kelly Attrill:"Yes why care what others say or think it is your life no matter race couller or back ground GOD made us all."

- Christopher Kudyahakudadirwe on »Culture Crossroads« by Kelly Attrill:"The poem is packed with demands for knowing what your roots are, and that creates this suspense as one reads through. It's a poem that makes one stop and think what people get mixed in and that the resultant (The child) has no control over where it comes from. This is nice a very powerful poem, indeed. However, If I were you I would craft it in such a way that it has shorter lines to give it the poetic structure of a poem. Keep the pen rolling. It's very good."
