»The dark night of the soul«

by Anesa Dindar, February 17, 2010

Darkness covers her
Loneliness washes over her
Stifling desolation and misery pushes through

Worry overcomes her
Anxiety rattles her
Overwhelming sadness and pain pierces through

The dark night of the soul has returned.

Then,

Brightness envelopes her
Calmness surrounds her
Authentic smiles and happiness shines through

He is gone.
