»Greater than the word great: Woman«

by Sibongile Mphakalasi, February 5, 2012

How do I describe ,
I'll take time to scribe,
Beauty beyond what meets the eye,
Hunger that no bread can fill,
In tears you spread a smile

God's grace incarnate
With a burden of your own load
You still say "let me thine hold"...

Love so passionate...yet gentle
Given for nothing in return
Deeper than depth can tell
Almost like a spell

Woman to me you're greater than the word GREAT!

(Inspired by a combination of thoughts I have of my Mother, Vuyo Sybil Mphakalasi and how I see Me, Myself and I)

A beauty, a stunner... / Call her what you may / She will wow you / For she is a "Wowman" / / She prances like she dances / don't be fooled she'll pounce / Without a doubt / / Woman so full of grace / Many are envious of your pace / / Stand up! Shout! Be heard / For many are dead / Woman are you that bad?  sign in to read more »
