»The best leader, best of the best: Dr C N Phatudi«

by Jacques Sprenkie Mateya, July 13, 2016

Absence of the best
You became astoundingly and astonishingly a leader.
Your name shone above the rest.
Like a light in the dark.
Brighter that the northern star
During vinegar day

A leader
Honourably,
A honourable leader

Custodian of chieftaincy and president of inspectors
The educator and education admistrator
Educator
Remarkably
A remarkable educator

Respite like the respite to respite.
All deserve to respite.

The best that the world gave us
Span of your headship was short
like gait of my step.

It's a cult of personality?

In the mist of nothing
And the clouds of mist.
The architecture of words
And inventor of ideas

A leader
A remarkably
Remarkable leader
And splendid citizen

Descansa en Paz, Descansa mi líder.
