»Dear Painful Heart«

by Brendon Tawanda Takarinda, November 13, 2017

Waking up every morning have the
feeling of being defeated, whilst thinking
about the special soul everyday gets the
mind to travel places. The heart is not a pleasant
destination to go, especially if you sacrificed
everything to someone who will never do the same
thing for you. The feeling of walking on water and expecting
not to drown is the pain of heartbreak.

The very existence of my being lays dormant / as I look at my present through my past. I / visualize the images of my past failures / in my mind. / / With every fiber of my being, I ache and long / for the truth I so dearly deserve. My reflection / seen through a thousand shattered pieces of a mirror read more »
