»I Question«

by Brendon Tawanda Takarinda, September 24, 2018

Dreams I dearly chase
perish right in from of my
eyes. Thoughts that enrich
my mind are poor and are never
on pen and paper. Unfortunately
procrastination has full control of me.
Exorcism of the spirit and the demon
on my mind.

Do my words flow so sweet
and gentle in ones soul that is brings about
a voluptuous figure or, unless my words are
void and shapeless. Which adds to misery and
pain. Is it such a shame to delight in so many questions.
Am I wrong to look at the sky above me to question my existence.
Who and what I am, my purpose, my birth, my death. these are the thoughts
that are like memories I surely would love to forget.
