»If words could make wishes come true«

by Albara Almerf, January 30, 2019

If words could make wishes come true,
That lass beneath the bridge wouldn’t be too blue.
Waiting every day sluggishly watching them decay,
Northern lights nigh is where you find me pray.
But only if words could make wishes come true,
My endless love for you is not an issue.
But only if you said that I love you too,
Wish the indigent hearts of the orphans
Could experience the touch of the mothers hand too,
Again, only if words could make wishes come true.
