»Hydrangea«

by Brendon Tawanda Takarinda, August 13, 2019

The flower of beauty.
Rare in its shape and color.
Daffodils are adorable.
Roses are cliche.
Lilies are vanity.
The hydrangea is true beauty
to behold.

This poem is dedicated to my niece Tinotenda Thandeka Takarinda
