»Two Flowers Bloomed!«

by Ratan Bhattacharjee, August 31, 2020

Two Flowers bloomed, one in the garden
The other on your floral lips
Like a blue-eyed fairy in the Forest of Arden,
Your smooth sailing like the ships.

The flowers enjoyed the apex of glories
You touched their evocative shapes
My soul behind them heard wonderful stories
Hypnotizing hour of loneliness escapes.
Your smile betrays inner essence , your inner light
The garden blooms like flowers and you smile bright
The dirt is no longer on the surface of time temporal
You have gone starry, your countenance going all floral.
A woman is twice born, once when she came to earth
When she smiles for her lover, she gets her second birth.
To write a poem on you, my Olea
Do I at all have that pen and brain?
I wait for your soothing words ,full of wonder
I wait all day for silvery drops of rain.
